2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Validash provides SEO audit and analysis services for local businesses. Our service includes:
What We Provide:

- Plain-English report with actionable recommendations
- Quick-win fix checklist
- Agency accountability question guide
- 7-day email support for clarification questions
What We Don't Provide:
- We do not implement SEO fixes or changes to your website
- We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements
- We do not provide ongoing SEO management services
- We do not guarantee specific increases in traffic or calls
Service Limitations:
- All estimates are based on industry benchmarks and aggregated data
- Individual results may vary depending on business type, competition, and local market conditions
- Our analysis is based on publicly available data and information you provide
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources
Delivery:
Audit reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase and data submission. Delivery may be delayed if required information is not provided or is incomplete.
4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment for services is processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Refund Policy:
As Validash is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once the audit report has been generated and delivered.
However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund or remedy if:
- The service fails to meet our stated description
- The service is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase and data submission
- There is a major failure in the service provided
- The service is not fit for its disclosed purpose
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your audit report with details of the issue.
Australian Consumer Law Rights:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.
5. Google API Services
Validash uses Google Analytics API and other Google services to provide analytics and insights. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your use of Google APIs through Validash is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Validash accesses your Google Analytics data with read-only permissions
- You grant Validash permission to access your Google Analytics data for the purpose of generating SEO reports
- You can revoke Validash's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings
- Validash's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

- Geographic data of visitors
What We Don't Access:
- Personal information of your website visitors
- Payment information
- Email addresses of your customers

6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Data Collection and Use
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
Service Performance:
The analysis and recommendations provided by Validash are based on industry best practices and data available at the time of the audit. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific outcomes or results from implementing our recommendations
- The accuracy of third-party data sources
- That all issues with your website will be identified
No Guarantee of Results:
Validash provides analysis and recommendations only. We do not guarantee:
- Specific increases in traffic, rankings, or calls
- That implementing our recommendations will achieve any particular result
- The accuracy of estimated call impact figures (which are based on industry averages)
Consumer Guarantees:
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, or other right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Where we are liable to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws, our liability is limited (to the extent permissible by law) to, at our option: re-supplying the service; or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Validash's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
- Validash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
However, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law
Consumer Rights:
You may have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. These Terms do not limit those rights.
10. Changes to Terms
